Requirements:

The Student Records, Data, and Systems team at ICMP is a newly established team.

Our goal is to strengthen our internal governance, use of data, and management of our regulatory relationships as we work towards gaining our own degree awarding powers.

The team is responsible for managing our student systems and data.

We support the data needs of our colleagues in Admissions, Programme Administration, and other teams that support students; we make external and regulatory returns to the Office for Students, HESA, UKVI and other stakeholders; and we manage direct student-facing services like the timetable and Student Gateway.

Job Purpose

The Student Data and Visa Compliance Administrator maintains and updates student data during the academic cycle and works with the team on various data-related projects and activities.

The role also supports the Visa Compliance Manager in maintaining ICMP-sponsored students' records, administering sponsor students' attendance, assisting in student induction, and conducting internal and external audits.
