Duties of a Community Liaison Officer:

  • Focus on engagement with residents and key stakeholders
  • Make them aware about any disruption
  • Gather accurate data of communities
  • Follow up with residents for feedback on any issues
  • Answer any questions about the work being carried out
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Capture key customer information

The successful Community Liaison Officer will have:

  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic and confident
  • Strong experience building relationships
  • Passionate about engaging with your local community
  • Be creative
  • Customer focused
  • Experience within Telecoms would be advantageous
