Calling all Mental Health Occupational Therapists This is an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Occupational Therapist Redbridge Integrated Care Directorate invites applications for the post of Band 6 Community Occupational TherapistCare coordinator within the Redbridge Mental Health and Wellness Team MHWT South Our integrated teams provide assessment brief intervention andrecovery services to clients in Redbridge The team consisting of Occupational Therapists Nurses Social Workers Psychiatrists IPS worker Peer support workers STR workers andPsychologists The post holder will join a team of Occupational Therapists to provide specialist functional assessments This will include assessments of dailyliving skills using the Model of Human Occupational assessment tools to ascertain level of functional ability related risk factors level of support,and accommodation needs in order to implement community care plans provide adaptive equipment and maintain a high standard of service usercare
