THE COMPANY

A large retailer which has recently embarked their digital transformation, with new investment and more buy in from senior stakeholders data is at the heart of decisioning.

They are looking for more data led individuals to help promote and develop the dataculture at this strong brand

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to better improve their experience.

More specifically you will have to:

Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
Use Python to build segmentation models aiming to predict and target the customer more accurately
Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
Help to build an innovative culture promoting new analytical techniques, new tools and a test and learn culture

YOUR SKILLS

An expert in SQL
Python and programming
Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI's such as CLV, retention and loyalty
Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
