    Description
    Health and Safety Professional

    A proactive and driven Health and Safety Advisor is sought to join a fast-paced organisation in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a significant part in sharing the hands-on workload, managing Health & Safety documentation, and ensuring it is up-to-date and to a high standard.

    The ideal candidate has 12 months+ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction and holds a NEBOSH General certificate or equivalent qualifications. Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting general Health & Safety duties such as undertaking RAMS, Audits, and toolbox talks

    • Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture

    • Utilising knowledge of legislation to ensure sites are compliant and advising key stakeholders and contractors

    • Collecting, analysing, and presenting data to team leaders, driving continuous improvement

    • Reviewing current risk assessment and audit documentation

    Requirements:

    • 12 months+ experience as a Health & Safety professional in the construction industry

    • Qualified to NEBOSH General or similar

    • A CSCS card would be an advantage

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word

    Key Skills:

    This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
