Description
Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components based on provided schematics and blueprints
- Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal materials
- Weld and solder metal parts together using various welding techniques
- Potential to be trained in using latest technology in fibre laser cutting
Qualifications:
- Desirable
- Grade C or above in GCSE maths
- Required
- Qualification in fabrication and welding (City and Guilds or similar)
- Proven experience in fabricating, welding, and assembling metal structures
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with operating press brake machines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Attention to detail and precision in all fabrication and welding tasks

Salary:
£14.74-£16.40 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
