Purpose:

Work with Sales and Operations teams to expedite the demand plan to deliver cost effective and efficient customer fulfilment performance for Company.

Key Accountabilities:

Forecasting:

Work alongside Sales to develop and manage forecasting processes which deliver reliable forecasts that can be used to drive the business towards its targets.
Work alongside the manufacturer to ensure new products are accurately reflected in forecasts.
Upload forecast data into ERP (NetSuite).
Where appropriate work with contracts manager to ensure stock availability on major contracts.

Demand planning:

Work alongside Sales, Order Desk and Operations to manage the demand plan to maximise the availability of stock to our customer base.
Minimise exposure to slow and obsolete lines.

Stock Value Management:

Agree, manage and report stock.
Project Manage the disposal of Slow /Obsolete stock

Fulfilment:
Work with the Partner Success Manager to

Person specification

Must have solid experience of forecasting and demand planning.
Competent user of ERP ideally NetSuite
Highly organised and able to commercially prioritise multiple tasks and demands on time in line with business objectives.
Strong data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills

- must be able to extract key metrics from available data and report it in a concise manner

Must be flexible in respect of the demands of the job, with the ability to both transact and plan as the role develops.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Competent using a range of Microsoft software packages.
Numerate and literate in English. Any additional language is a distinct advantage.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
