Job Title - Injection Moulding Setter/OperatorLocation - Sedgefield
Shift Pattern - 3 on, 3 off (alternating days and nights)
Salary - £25,116-£29,702
About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate IML machines and robotics safely and efficiently.
- Train and supervise machine packers, reporting any issues.
- Perform product changeovers, setups, and maintain established tooling to customer specifications.
- Diagnose and address running faults with training.
- Ensure smooth machine handovers to the next Shift Technician.
- Record and segregate scrap products as per company guidelines.
- Complete required paperwork accurately, including downtime records.
- Maintain machine efficiency and minimize scrap production.
- Identify tooling and process issues, reporting them to your Shift Manager/Process Engineer.
- Maintain high hygiene levels in the IML area.
- Control the process to maximize output while minimizing scrap.
- Follow proper procedures outlined in training documents and the employee handbook.

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team without direct supervision.
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment and meets team expectations.
- Proficiency in operating computer equipment for data purposes.
- Competency in using various measuring equipment.
- Methodical approach to systems and adherence to established work standards.
- Capable of making decisions based on experience within established boundaries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and follow written plans and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility in approach to work.
