The role
Reassure is looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can provide a dedicated service to IFA firms. This is a technical and interesting role that might be a perfect fit for you.


As a part of this role, you will be responsible for resolving Financial Adviser enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

You will also provide inbound and potentially outbound support to Financial Advisers while following core processes to ensure the optimisation of the customer experience.


We recognise the importance of an excellent experience for Financial Advisers, and as a member of our team, you will be responsible for recognising when a Financial Adviser needs tailored support to their needs and individual circumstances.

Keeping up-to-date with product and process knowledge is essential for this role to enable compliance with our process requirements,

This role is in scope of the transformation of our Reassure business by 2026.
We are extending our existing strategic partnership with the leading IT services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This means that over the next three years, we'll be moving our customers to a new technology platform. As well as this, we'll transition
some roles over to TCS's UK subsidiary, Diligenta.

This role is in scope of this work which means initially you will be employed by Phoenix Group and over time your role will transition to Diligenta.
