Release Potential Ltd (Ofsted Good) is pleased to offer the following exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, educational professional with great communication skills wanting to work across Birmingham and the Black Country as classroom based tutor on our unique and innovative Returneeships Programmes.
Returneeships are an exciting short course designed to focus on the employability skills of those unemployed claimants who are a distance from the job market and various ages from 18+.
Our working hours are 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4:30pm with the possibility of occasional Saturday hours.

All applicants should have a teaching and/or training qualification, higher level qualification in IT, experience in designing training provision that matches current industry digital skills along with high quality employability provision that supports and prepares learners to move closer to employment and career progression.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Delivering motivational teaching sessions
- Offering Information, Advice and Guidance
- Classroom Management
- Maintaining course files and other related documents
- Devising, completing and following schemes or work, lesson plans and other course related documentation
- Organising your workload effectively
- Driving licence required you may also receive a request to view prior interview
- Please note that this job includes travel to and from teaching venues and the possibility that some venues will necessitate working away from home for short periods of time.
