Human Resource Generalist position available working within the
Healthcare sector

Diverse Talent is representing our award-winning healthcare client are expanding their Human Resource team due to outstanding levels of growth.

This client is based in
Belfast, but operates all over Ireland within the healthcare industry.

This position is for anyone with experience in HR looking to move into their next role in a management position, this company has over 500 employees and so has developed an outstanding Human Resource team which they are now ready to grow.

As mentioned, our client operates all over Ireland, along with flexible working environments, there are also opportunities for travel to these other locations.


Responsibilities

  • Support and assist with recruitment campaigns, compiling job descriptions, writing job advertisements, conducting interviews and providing offer letter along with contracts of employment.
  • Involvement in Payroll updates, working alongside the finance department
  • Conducting training sessions and overseeing probationary periods and procedures
  • Use knowledge of employment law to analyse policies and implement procedures that will influence the actions of line managers, assisting with legal, procedural and workforce development requirements
  • Review and forward plan of current and future staffing requirements in accordance to policy and employment legislation
  • Absence management, short and long term
  • Effectively use HRM system PAMS to manage employee administration, management and maintenance of employee records, to produce timely and accurate management reports
  • Deal with HR queries from employees effectively
  • Using knowledge and expertise to provide effective and appropriate advice and support to managers across the organisation in relation to HR policies, and in accordance to legislative requirement including investigations, disciplinary, grievances and performance management

Requirements:


  • Minimum Graduate membership of CIPD
  • 2 years' experience in a similar human resources generalist role, working with Recruitment & selection, Absence management and using computerised HRM systems
  • Willingness to learn and undertake necessary training and development
  • A full UK Driver's License with access to a car for occasional travel requirements
  • High level of interpersonal skills

£25,000 - £29,000
