    Description
    Job Title: School Facilities Manager


    We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to manage the fabric and grounds of our school site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent communication skills and is able to build strong relationships with children, staff and external agencies.


    Responsibilities:


    • Servicing boilers, heating systems and refrigeration units

    • Maintenance of plumbing fixtures and appliances

    • Carpentry repairs including joinery work on furniture etc.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management or a related field.
    Benefits:The role offers 35 hours per week Monday to Friday all year working 6am – 10:15am & 3:15pm – 6pm. A permanent contract will be offered along with opportunities for professional development as part of our commitment to safeguarding children's welfare through appropriate vetting procedures where necessary though only if absolutely required from suitable applicants.
