This North West London based Commercial MI Analyst permanent role is offering fully flexible hybrid working and will be utilising sophisticated modelling capabilities that will allow the commercial teams to construct and review strong and profitable commercialdeals through multiple channels to market.

This progressive Commercial MI Analyst permanent position will play a pivotal role in supporting the UK and European regions commercial teams.
A Core element of the role will be to track the profitability and success of these commercial deals and other businessinitiatives.
Description
Commercial MI Analyst duties and responsibilities;
- Build and maintain complex financial modelling tools to ensure more informed decision making
- Maintenance of monthly dashboards and other analyses to provide insightful commercial interpretations to the sales and marketing teams and the functionality to flag outliers in critical metrics.
- End to end involvement in tender and pricing proposals, supporting the commercial teams throughout the process
- Ongoing management and analysis of contracts, frameworks and tailored commercial agreements
- Providing analysis on market share data to the marketing teams and supporting them in using data from various systems to drive their brand strategies, review their existing market pricing and make recommendations for change in line with market conditionsand competitor activity.
Profile
This Commercial MI Analyst role is looking for someone with Analytical experience along with impressive academic success, you will a mix of the following experience and characteristics to make the most of the companies fast tracked progression prospects
- Experience of providing detailed analysis for commercial teams (marketing, sales and finance) ideally in a larger or complex business
- Proven track record working with, manipulating and reporting on large amounts of data
- Prior experience engaging with senior stakeholders is crucial
- Advanced capability with spreadsheets in Excel
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex financial data, turn data into headlines, and present the analysis to a nonfinance audience
- Creativity and capacity to explore and propose different alternatives
- Aptitude to learn and adapt to using various IT Systems: Cognos
