Salary of £22,000 (basic) plus uncapped commission (paid monthly).
Sales and Support Assistant, required in
Worcester.

Working for an established and expanding company, you will play a key role in speaking to existing and new potential customers, and processing high volumes of IT sales and support.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Generating business with new customers

Providing expertise to customers.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Making sales calls and demonstrating the software.

Handling incoming calls from customers and dealing with orders and queries.

Liaising with internal departments, ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders.

Creating and sending out invoices to customers.

Working with strict service line agreements, ensuring timescales and deadlines are met.


Person Specification:

1-2 years relevant technical sales experience

Ability to host webinars and online demonstrations

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in one or more technical programming languages.

Confident dealing with queries and complaints.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Computer literate, confident using MS office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Happy to work full time in the office environment.
