Service Desk Team Lead
Bracknell - On site
Salary up to £40,000
Sanderson Government and Defence are working with a consultancy client who have an opportunity for a current 2nd Line Engineer with mentoring experience to come in as a Service Desk Team Lead.
They are looking for individuals with an aptitude for mentoring and management, and who have a decent level of technical understanding, to come and look after a service desk team.
They will provide full management training, and offer support on the technical side, so if you aren't sure if you have the skills, this isn't an issue.
- Server, Workstation and Network
- Active Directory
- Hyper V
- HPE Blade
- McAfee security
So long as you have experience with some of the above, and are prepared to upskill in others, you should have the technical understanding required.
