OUR TECHNOLOGY, YOUR STORE.

Our Consumer products currently include Nutrition and Skincare services, delivered through international distributors and retailers. Our Diagnostics products include Covid and Respiratory PCR tests.

Our platform for all products is a rapid, lab-free RT-PCRtest that delivers results at the point of need in just over an hour and is authorised for clinical use including across the UK in NHS patient care but also in UK and worldwide in elective surgery settings and in a range of private and out-of-hospital locations.

As the organisation's first in-house counsel, you will be joining a dynamic and driven leadership team who are passionate about their field and the new technologies that they are representing.

This role will cover all legal matters, and you will be a keypartner to the board members and executive team.

This role will initially be two days a week with the potential scope for it to grow as the business expands.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Review, drafting and negotiation of various contracts related to the company's business.
  • Product launches and advising on data and privacyrelated risks and compliance
  • Website Terms of Services and Terms of Sale
  • Participation in various tasks and projects in joint cooperation with Finance teams, as relevant
  • Providing legal advice on matters relating to intellectual property rights, data protection, general commercial and contract law matters and dispute resolution.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda or legal analyses for internal purposes
  • Providing daytoday legal support to the Management and other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product and Tech teams
  • Liaising with external counsels and advisors, when necessary,
  • Assisting with any additional tasks according to the needs of the company
  • Experience in a data, technology or life sciences business would be an advantage
  • Significant experience dealing with a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate matters would be preferred, and with a good base knowledge of IP trademark
  • Prior experience with corporate secretarial matters would be beneficial
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment that has a constantly evolving set of priorities
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
