The main focus of the role with be...

  • Working in collaboration with wider HR team as well as other departments and sites to develop HR practices and process and deliver the HR strategy.
  • Using HR data sets to support and rationalise decision making
  • To be aware of all ER issues and support managers in dealing with cases timely and effectively.
  • Driving mental health and wellbeing awareness, championing culture audits, and leading on engagement activities across your area.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are fair and consistent
