Job Title:
Finance Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daytoday financial operations and transactions
- Prepare and process invoices to send to medical insurance companies
- Reconcile bank statements and card transactions
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
