Job Title:
Finance Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daytoday financial operations and transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices to send to medical insurance companies
  • Reconcile bank statements and card transactions
- prepare weekly update for the clinical director of any outstanding payments.


Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
