The Finance Manager will provide maternity cover for a period of up to 9-12 months. Working as part of the Finance team, the role comprises both financial and administrative responsibilities.

  • Bank reconciliation and bank accounts monitoring
  • Process customer payments
  • Run AP invoices Payments
  • Send out sales invoices & Create Manual Invoices for specific revenues
  • Create weekly overdue AR report
  • Chase overdue invoices
  • Review and input purchase invoices
  • Load new customers/suppliers information
  • Open daily post
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Create & Register Fixed Assets in ERP
  • Run and post depreciation
  • Post accruals, prepayments and deferrals
  • Perform Make AP/AR/Inventory/Fixed assets reconciliation
  • Perform Balance Sheet Analysis
  • Load Monthly results into Viareport (Reporting tool)
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Perform all month end duties
