Newcastle College require a dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified person to take on the role of Teaching, Learning and Assessment Coach (Improvement and Enhancement).


This is an exciting opportunity for to join the team and lead high quality professional development, training and coaching for teaching staff and curriculum colleagues at Newcastle College.


We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a proven track record in the effective delivery of high quality training programmes.

Applicants will be expected to have demonstrated excellent teaching or training and have the communication skills necessary to convey this expertise to others.


You will have a strong track record of researching and effectively implementing new ideas and strategies to develop your own practice and support the development of colleagues.

An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines alongside strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential.


You will collaborate with teachers and their line managers, working under the direction of the Head of TLA (Improvement and Enhancement), to provide targeted development for teachers and student-facing colleagues, delivering a high quality professional learning experience focused on positive impact on student experience and progression.
