Job Title:
Global SaaS Contract Manager


Reporting to:
Global Chief Revenue Officer

We're looking for an experienced Global SaaS Contract Manager with five or more years' worth of experience.

The Global SaaS Contract Managers main responsibility will be to support Kallidus' UK and US sales teams in structuring commercial transactions, draftingand negotiating commercial agreements.

The role will also require the management of a US based Contract Manager, so management experience is important.


Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation and management of UK customer and supplier contracts and NDAs in support of sales and other relevant teams
  • Management of a US based Contract Manager to ensure agreements are consistent with internal policies and processes
  • Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, pricing, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal policies and processe
  • Team up with other departments to obtain any required approvals from internal stakeholders and optimise support to the business
  • Assist with localising and improving standard form agreements and legal processes
  • Lead the process for negotiating terms and conditions with customers in order to reach conclude mutually beneficial terms
  • Ongoing management and development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and associated supplier relationship

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of combined experience in SaaS, including experience managing and negotiating agreement
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracting practices and applicable legislation (including data privacy/security regulations)
  • Practical business judgment and a keen understanding that the business teams rely on your expertise and efficiency to "close the deal"
  • Highly responsive, customer serviceoriented attitude
  • Ability to organize, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
  • Preference for and an ability to multitask on a daily basis and even more so when presented with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Articulate, persuasive, and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain collaborative working relationships with internal clients and legal teams
  • Strong desire to take initiative and work independently, when needed, to solve problems effectively and efficientl
  • Experience of recruiting and managing people/teams

Desired Experiences and Skills:


  • Substantial experience in supporting sales organisation as an internal client
  • Previoius experience working for an international technology company
  • Ideally knowledge of using Conga CLM or other CLM tools and Salesforce to manage the contract review proces
  • Experience of working with Government contracting frameworks (e.g. G-Cloud)
