Job Title:
Project Officer


Overview:

Duties:

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Prepare and present project reports to management
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in project management or a related role
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in SAS, Confluence, SAFe, Smartsheet, and other relevant software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Experience in supervising teams is preferred
• Knowledge of cost control principles is a plus
• Familiarity with product development processes is an asset

Pay:
£14.84-£15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
