Description
Juice is looking for Customer Service/Administration professionals to join a financial services company in Trowbridge.


No prior office-based experience is needed But you would need to possess excellent communication and time-management skills, be confident, proactive and possess good IT skills.

Day to day

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • To establish the customer's reason for calling and help with any queries they have.
  • To support by conducting a review of customers bank statements
  • To work within agreed policies and procedures, and will receive quality assurance checks
  • Supporting with general administration and keeping internal CRM system up to date
  • Ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
