The Project team deliver a world class service by having the right skills and right ethos, so making regular time and resources available are a 'must' for us to help develop our in-house team.
The Project Co-ordinators primary responsibility is to ensure successful co-ordination of all projects OTIF (On Time, In Full) through to hand over to the Support team.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Top Line:
- Understanding and exhibiting the Aabyss Core Values
- Scheduling and time management of the Engineers
- Ensure clear direction of works to be completed by the Engineers
- Keeping clients updated and abreast of project developments and progress
Role Description:
- Working closely with the Operations Team
- Ensuring the Project Flow & Approvals process is followed
- Planning and scheduling of all Project Engineer resource
- Workload provisioning and coordination of specific project related tasks
- Responsible for all internal project related communications
- Keeping clients updated and abreast of project developments and progress
- Provide Project Engineers with the necessary assistance to overcome issues impeding the successful delivery of projects
- Collaborating with Aabyss' thirdparty suppliers to assist the Project delivery
- To plan and document all information pertaining to 'Kick-Off Meetings' and 'Acceptance into Service Meetings'
- To ensure all required stock is available in advance of key milestones of the project (i.e. Site visits)
- To ensure engineers vans are fully stocked with key equipment (and any specific equipment as highlighted in the project kick off meetings)
- To document the minutes of all project related meetings and ensure these are available to the wider team
- To highlight all Project Engineer training requirements to the SDM
- Consistently monitoring the costs, progress and quality of a project
- Provide project analysis for continual improvements
- Liaise with external support providers to ensure project delivery OTIF
- Introduce cost and time efficiencies
