Salary up to £30,000

Agility is looking for an ambitious Finance Assistant to join a growing technology company.

This role is looking after the subsidiary companies, and you will have input into the wider group and help them grow the business.

They are looking for someone reliable and ambition to develop the payments process and accounts receivable process as well as organise internal processes and work with both operations and sales departments.

What you will be doing:

Own the payment process ensuring our suppliers are paid the right amount at the right time, sending remittance, answering queries and reconciling statements.
Liaise with accountants on all financial operations.
Maintain clear communication with customers sending payment reminders for customers and regular statement of accounts.
Carry out credit control duties for new and existing customers
Monthly financial reporting to assist project and contract manager
Generate cashflow forecast by working closely with Sales and Operations teams.
Help set business and team targets and develop interesting and engaging ways to share with the team.
Develop strong financial controls including process for monthly balance sheet reviews.
Liaise with accountants for annual report submission.
