Up to £21,500 per annum

I am proud to be working with this global student accommodation who are looking to expand the team in their Manchester branch with a customer service role.

Being an industry leading company, they have changed the student accommodation industry to the industry it is today and now you can become part of the Manchester team

As part of your customer service role, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact with students and their families
  • Leasing with students to ensure all booking stages are complete
  • Chase outstanding payments
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Support international agents
  • Follow up bookings and maximising conversions
  • Support university agents, chasing nominates students to completion
