The Opportunity


A superb opportunity to join a successful, expanding IFA practice and take a fundamentally vital and leading role in the development of the practice from an administrative perspective.

Whilst this is a smaller business at this moment in time, you will activelybe encouraged to participate in the development of administrative processes to cope with the growth in staffing and incoming business and will have the responsibility and ability to enhance procedures, improving efficiency and ensuring a robust, capable functionalprocess.

Our clients views the Administration Manager role as a key function to the success of a clients outcome, be that the link between the advice provided to a client and its end implementation, or how clients our communicated with on an ongoing basis.,hence the importance of this role.


The Role
As an experienced IFA or Wealth Management Administration manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Implementing fund switches, withdrawals and new financial advice recommendations.


Planning Meetings, from the collection and preparation of documentation for meetings (agenda's, investment report's and risk reviews) to post meeting creation of reports from templates in conjunction with Financial Planners that guide the clients throughthe process and the relevant advice.

Filing meeting documents to the client information via the CRM system.

Compliance - In all aspects work within compliance structures to better client outcomes and ensure transactions are implemented correctly.

Compiling research requested by Financial Planners and Paraplanners and create the required illustrations & forms for client files.

Liaise with providers on authority letter requests.

Working with Financial Planners, Paraplanners & Operational staff to implement advice efficiently.

Liaising with clients as part of the implementation of their financial plans. Answering phone calls and managing client correspondence, both electronically and postal.

Collating, updating and managing client data, including managing CRM data and registers.

Playing a key role in both utilising and improving our processes and workflows.


About you
As an experienced IFA Administration Manager you will possess the following:
An IFA financial services background, with exposure to core administration functions and client contact exposure.

Outstanding attention to detail.

The ability to utilise and improve processes.

Ability to make effective individual decisions within a team environment.

Preferably experience and competency with the some or all of the following systems: Intelligent Office, Dynamic Planner, Voyant, Smartsearch
