Finance & Quality Management System (QMS) Assistant, full time.

Location:
Murdoch House (off Newmarket Road), Cambridge, UK

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to both the Head of Finance and the Quality Manager.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks with a calm and professional attitude and be able to communicate effectively across all teams in the company.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Debtor chasing
• Preparing product documentation
• Quality system management support
• Maintaining training records
• Keeping confidential records and financial information private and secure.

You will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Intermediate Level (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A methodical approach to work
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Previous Finance and/or Quality experience is an advantage but not essential.
