The Integrated Pathways Division are looking for a creative, dynamic individual who has significant previous experience of working as a Personal Assistant and is able to bring their knowledge, skill and experience to support the Divisional Management Team.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of meetings.

To be successful in this challenging but rewarding role, you will thrive under pressure, have the drive and courage to solve problems and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

The post holder will be diplomatic with highly developed communication skills, the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and will have proven IT experience.


To provide an effective, comprehensive personal assistant service to the Associate Director of Operations, Associate Director of Nursing, and Divisional Clinical Director (Division management team).

Dealing on a regular basis with confidential and, sensitive information relating to staff and services.


Provide a comprehensive, high quality business support service for the senior management team, including typing/word processing of letters, minutes, reports and other routine correspondence, using own initiative.


Maintain the corporate diary for the Group, and be aware of the corporate diary for ESNEFT, including deadlines for submission of papers and reports.
