We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join one of the leading recruitment businesses in the area as a Personal Assistant, providing day to day support to the Managing Director.


This role will enable you to also work with the wider business and taking on additional duties such as booking rooms for staff, helping organise events for the business and being on hand for any adhoc office needs.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Effective diary management, including booking meeting rooms, equipment, and catering. Invite attendees, collate and circulate meeting papers, handouts, take and distribute Board and meeting minutes etc.
  • Travel management organising travel including accommodation arrangements
  • Providing support with drafting documents and updating internal spreadsheets
  • Provide an efficient and professional customer focused first point of contact
  • Contribute to internal or external communications, e.g. drafting various documents, creating promotional literature or presentations
  • Receiving telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Working with other PA's across the group
  • Being point of contact for general office queries from wider team
  • Organising staff away day's
  • Planning ahead/strategising for potential future projects

Requirements:


  • Strong PA support experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A people person you will be liaising regularly with people internally and externally
  • Ability to work well to deadlines

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
