Chubb Fire & Security now has an opportunity for an
Administrator to join the team in our
Belfast **office.

The main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the branch.

You will also be answering calls and providing the best customer service possible.

This is a great entry level role for someone looking to start their career with a large brand name. Full training will be given as well as long term development opportunities.


Job Description:


  • Support the Branch Manager with service planning and management of work in progress
  • Organise, check and input engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis and process engineer expenses
  • Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, using JD Edwards
  • Communicate with Customers, Engineers and the Customer Service Centre to book in service calls
  • Order equipment for service, as well as ordering uniforms and PPE
  • Take calls from Customers, Engineers and other internal departments to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns

Qualifications:


  • May be a recent school / college leaver with some experience working in customer service / administration
  • May be experienced in working with customers in retail or hospitality
  • Will have a high level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Should be proactive, able to prioritise workloads and have exemplary customer service skills
  • Will have excellent people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly, both verbally and written
  • Be proactive and have the ability to pick new things up quickly
