JOB DESCRIPTION
Wray Bros are searching for a Content Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our growing Marketing Team.

This role will work closely with the team to create engaging and compelling content that is targeted to our audience and optimised for SEO.


  • Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to plan, develop and execute marketing activity to drive acquisition and encourage retention
  • Fully understand business demands and translate these into campaigns that convert
  • Help develop and manage the content marketing strategy to support wider business and marketing goals
  • Create and maintain an accurate content calendar
  • Deploy all offsite content changes in keeping with content and marketing calendars
  • Run and analyse end to end SEO campaigns that drive overall visibility and engagement
  • Fully coordinate tenders and successfully secure long term client accounts
  • Manage organic and paid social content to drive increases in followers and engagement
  • Develop copy for online and offline sales materials, to include brochures, presentations, case studies, pitch decks, whitepapers and displays
  • Use various methods—including research, testing and audience insights—to craft thoughtprovoking and engaging copy and CTAs
  • Draft regular content proposals from ideas/topics discovered during research and analysis
  • Support sales and marketing team with new product launches and ABM initiatives
  • Communicate product launches and updates with the wider business
  • Regular competitor and keyword research to ensure all collateral is always up to date and competitive
  • Conduct daily site and analytics checks, feeding back errors/suggestions/solutions to wider team
  • Continually review and enhance website content to ensure it is optimised for SEO and applicable devices
  • Monitor offsite company presence, including social media
  • Fully track and communicate campaign effectiveness, audience insights and engagement KPIs

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience delivering targetdriven B2B marketing campaigns is crucial
  • 23 years demonstratable experience in a similar role
  • Experience working to gradually reduce acquisition cost
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practice
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume, how to create it and when/where to lead them to it for optimised conversion
  • In depth knowledge of at least one common SEO tool (SEMrush, Similarweb, Ubersuggest, etc.)
  • Consistent and extensive content writing experience
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in creative environments
  • Unmatched attention to detail
  • High computer literacy
  • Can work at pace and to brief
  • Brand champion who will instinctively work with brand guidelines in mind
  • Confidently communicate with varying levels of seniority

DESIREABLE SKILLS

  • Passion and dive for B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with Press Releases
  • Familiarity with social and content management systems
  • Experience working with designers and videographers
  • Experience working with Project Management tools
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix
