Job summary
We are seeking a motivated & inspirational Lecturer in Uniformed Protective Services to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.You will deliver Level 1 to Level 3 accredited qualifications within the Public Services curriculum, working with 16–18 learners & 19+ adult cohorts.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in the Armed Forces or Uniformed Services (Army, RAF, Navy or similar), alongside a strong sport or physical training background, who is passionate about developing discipline, leadership, resilience & teamwork in young people.
- Has experience of teaching, learning & assessment within a Further Education setting
- Has knowledge & understanding of working with 16–18 year olds & adult learners
- Is passionate about the Uniformed Protective Services & learner achievement
