Our clients, a well-respected, thriving Estate Agency, are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team in Bootle.

Working hours:

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday and two Saturdays in a month with lieu in return

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Basic £18,750
OTE £44,250
Bonus

- £50.00 per solicitor
- £75.00 per mortgage offer
- £67.50 per survey

Mileage expenses

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

Previous industry experience
Strong customer service and sales skills
Own Car
Targetdriven mindset
Highly Organised
Customer focused
Have Industry experience

As a Sales Negotiator your role will involve:

Registration buyers and sellers
Booking Valuations and Viewings
Referring leads to Mortgage and Legal services
Attending Viewings
Dealing with Offers
Sales Progression
