Isle of Wight Jobs recruiting for a Marine Engineer at one the Islands most respected and rapidly growing leisure marine engineering companies.


This multi franchise marine engineering business continues to expand and as a result are looking to add to their small and friendly team.


On offer is a superb working environment with plenty of scope for career development and a range of benefits plus a highly competitive salary of
circa £35k per annum.


Duties include the installation, servicing, repairs of engines to electrical and plumbing works, fault finding, talking to and advising customers, full engine and drive rebuilds, fuel testing and the installation of new and reconditioned engines and drives.


No day is the same at this impressive boat yard as you'll be working on a range inboards and outboards, diesel and petrol engines and everything ranging from small RIBs and auxiliary engines to large sailing and motor yachts.

Recent manufacturer training, particularly Volvo Penta, is viewed favourably but not essential.

Formal training from marine leisure market preferred but not essential.
