    Facilities Operator / Rapid Response Team Member

    A key role has become available for a Facilities Operator / Rapid Response Team Member to join our team working at RMA Sandhurst, Camberley.

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Rapid Response Team, assisting with all cleaning duties, helpdesk duties, welcoming visitors, and assisting with any task in or around the academy.

    You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

    What We Offer:

    • This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 including some evenings and weekends. Normal shifts usually range between 7am - 2.30pm however flexibility is required. The hourly rate is £12.21.

    A Day in the Life:

    • React to all helpdesk calls received.
    • Clean internal lights, replace bulbs, clean carpets, move light equipment and deliveries as requested.
    • High level cleaning after training
    • Clearing ice, snow, leaves as requested.
    • Keep stores clean, tidy and check off / receive deliveries.
    • Keep vehicles clean, tidy and stocked up.
    • Curtain removal for cleaning and rehanging
    • Occasionally aid laundry department
    • Delivery of meals to sick wards
    • Basic gate cover, escorting deliveries and cleaning as requested.
    • Cover data entry clerks in emergency situations as requested.
    • Ensure all visitors are always welcomed and managed in a polite and courteous manner.
    • Comply with all company rules, regs and policies at all times.
    • Any other reasonable task within capability.

    Requirements:

    • Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work.
    • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
    • A clean driving licence
    • Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided.
