We are looking for an apprentice IT/content creator with fantastic customer service skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn all related marketing tasks from, administrative tasks, across various digital
- Assisting with 1 st line support enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and potential clients
- Willing to learn and be able to engage with people across different platforms
- Processing information about customers
- Developing customer relationships
- Willing to learn and help with eBay and Amazon platforms
We offer a totally compliant end of life IT solution that covers collection, data destruction, recycling and ethical environmental disposal.
We have a wide range of clients varying from the health sector and local Government to the educational sector of schools, colleges and universities.
Their clients also include many SMEs and large corporations, each of whom have a service individually tailored for their own needs.
We pride ourselves in being the best when it comes to customer service and expertise in IT recycling, waste management and in particular to data destruction, which is critical to any organisation.

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A*-C Essential

This is an apprenticeship position. The Apprenticeship will take around 18 months. For the first 12 months you will be paid at the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour
