This growth is driving expansion in the Cyber Defence Operations teams, and we are looking to recruit additional Logistics Co-Ordinators to support our business with delivering our world class Cyber Intelligence Platform to our growing client base globally.

As a logistics co-ordinator, you will be directly responsible for organising outbound and return shipments of our equipment, communicating with our commercial and field teams, as well as directly with our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Liaising with customers to arrange the extraction of our appliances, helping them to prepare them for shipment and arrange the courier service for them to be collected and returned.
  • Ensuring monthly targets of extractions are hit in order to have the required number of appliances returned to our appliance hubs for repurposing.
  • Helping to arrange and prepare shipments out of our depots primarily but also assisting other departments in any shipping requirements they may have.
  • Monitoring all shipments to ensure they arrive on time and resolving any issues encountered along the way to keep the process as smooth and quick as possible.
  • Maintaining records on our internal systems to ensure that all information Is current and accurate with regards to the whereabouts of all stock.
  • Ensuring that the general day to day running Is smooth and efficient.
  • Experience working in an office environment and dealing with administrative tasks.
  • Excellent Numeracy and communication skills.
  • Organised, selfmotivated and able to prioritise work.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience in dealing with courier services and international shipments is ideal, but not required.
