About Our Client:

A well renowned school federation based across London.

The main responsibilities for the Careers Advisor role include:

Providing advice and guidance to Pupils.
Attending team meetings and events.
Working closely with the Careers Consultant and Careers team.
Structure and organise activities (both on and off site), interviews, curriculum projects and a centrally planned programme of events to build confidence and direction for the Pupils.

The Successful Applicant:

To be the successful Careers Advisor you must have a Qualification in Careers Guidance, with the experience of developing CEIAG (Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance) within an educational setting.

Excellent communication skills are essential to this role, alongside the ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people.

A passionate and motivated mindset is perfect when working in this role and helping young people strive to achieve their goals.
