You will be undertaking full range of administrative duties for a manufacturer of health supplements based at one of their sites in Oldbury.

Key Duties:
- Managing administration and ensuring objectives of clients are met
- Take a proactive approach to problem solving and helping clients achieve their goals
- Provide regular updates to clients
- Update internal software systems
- Create reports to cover the work provided to clients
- All administrative responsibilities surrounding the an efficient day to day running of operations within the company.
What you will need to succeed:
- Ability to prioritise work effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Strong literacy skills
- Previous account management desirable
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple clients
- Be resourceful and communicate professionally and effectively, internally and with clients
- Have some insight into health and fitness market
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a bonus

- Driving Licence (preferred)
