Description

You will be undertaking full range of administrative duties for a manufacturer of health supplements based at one of their sites in Oldbury.

Key Duties:

  • Managing administration and ensuring objectives of clients are met
  • Take a proactive approach to problem solving and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Provide regular updates to clients
  • Update internal software systems
  • Create reports to cover the work provided to clients
  • All administrative responsibilities surrounding the an efficient day to day running of operations within the company.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong literacy skills
  • Previous account management desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple clients
  • Be resourceful and communicate professionally and effectively, internally and with clients
  • Have some insight into health and fitness market

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a bonus

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
