Supervisor:
High Risk Production

We are looking for:

- an individual with experience working within the cooked meats industry and ideally experience in a supervisory role.
- a self motivated individual who is able to mentor staff in a positive and productive manner.
- an individual with good communication skills and the ability to plan and administer effectively.
- an individual with experience of risk assessment, certification in Food Hygiene, e.g., HACCP and experience of the requirements for BRCGS accreditation.

Key responsibilities:

Responsibility for the achievement of daily production targets including allocating work tasks.
Assisting with daytoday production of cooked meats.
Timely and accurate completion of work tasks and completion of hygiene/ quality documentation, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Safety and hygiene checks.
Effective problem solving.

Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
