Description
We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic Commercial Officer to join our friendly team. This role will provide support to the Commercial team in the review and negotiation of contracts.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Negotiation of terms with suppliers and customers where applicable, with the support of the Head of Commercial.
  • Generation of contractual Service Offers, Order Forms and Call Off Schedule documentation for public sector Frameworks.
  • Support for the bid team when reviewing new opportunities, providing responses to commercial/legal questions and advising on risks.
  • Generation of new contract schedules for BAU orders and contract renewals.
  • Liaison with Company Lawyer where required.
  • Ongoing responsibility to ensure the FourNet Master Service Agreement is relevant, up to date and supports the business objectives.
  • Undertake a due diligence project to review all contractual documents with suppliers and customers following FourNet acquisitions.

Technical Profile

  • Experience of commercial IT contracts (desirable)
  • Educated to degree level, relevant LLB qualification preferable

Job Types:

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
