Guest Service Agent (Handyman - All-Around Helper - Guest Relations - Onboarding new properties)

We are a fast-paced and rapidly expanding business, operating in the short-term rental market with apartments across North-West London.

Our goal is to be the leading short term rental business in London - in terms of the number and quality of the properties in our portfolio and the excellence of the customer experience offered to our guests.

This role is multi-faceted and includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, vendors and suppliers as part of guest relations
• Assist with the set up of new apartments
• Provide basic handyman duties to help maintain and fix issues within our apartments
• Have common sense to delegate maintenance issues to others where needed (such as plumbers)
• Undertake quality control and inventory checks

Key requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (preferably with access to a car already)
• Proficiency in English (writing & speaking)
• Problem solver, excellent time management, organised, excellent communicator and selfmotivated

Job Types:

Salary:
£17,140.53-£28,000.00 per year
