Better at King's Cross Fitness is looking for inspirational Fitness Coaches to work at our unique Elevate studio in King's Cross.

If you are an instructor who wants to redefine the meaning of Health and Fitness and has the ability to deliver the ultimate Cycle workout, then there is no better time to join the team.

The Fitness Coach position is more than just a job, it's a career. As a qualified fitness instructor you will join our professional team delivering a high end quality service. As one of Better's signature fitness classes Elevate Cycle will be the ultimate boutique fitness workout.


Full training will be given on our class technology to give our members the ability to achieve the most out of their workout.

Using music, visual effects and an immersive journey, our Cycle Free Beats classes use ultimate effects along with Coach Inspiration to motivate the class, whilst our Cycle Peak classes use performance metrics including heart rate, wattage and RPM, alongside music and visual effects to motivate peak cycling performance.

Both classes are an instructors dream to coach, ensuring that the members experience achieves a definitive full-body workout.

As a Fitness Coach your skills and ability to motivate and coach the customers is crucial. Whether the member is de-conditioned or of a high fitness level you will be their inspiration.


What you'll do

  • To maintain a good and positive image of the centres to all participants proving a welcoming, helpful and professional service
  • To go above and beyond to ensure that the participants have an exceptional experience on every visit
  • To ensure that the class taught is as advertised as part of the GLL Fitness Class product
  • To ensure the class environment is safe before during and after the class
  • To ensure the safety and control of customers within the class environment and to enforce all centres guidelines
  • To ensure all participants have registered and are booked onto the class

What you need

  • A minimum NVQ level two Fitness Instructor Qualification
  • Group Cycle CPD or Qualification
  • Experience of class delivery
  • A good positive image and the ability to provide welcoming, helpful and professional service to keep customers returning week after week.
  • Proactively market and promote the Group Cycle classes
  • Ability to engage with all customers to actively encourage participation in all our service and activities
