SPECIALIST ANODISING COMPANY LTD is an industry-leading organization specializing in the design and manufacturing of caps and shrouds for the cosmetic industry and beyond.

With our comprehensive range of services, we provide end-to-end solutions, from product design to delivery. Our in-house capabilities include component design, tooling, pressing, assembly, and a unique anodising service.

As a result of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our experienced team.

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting components in accordance with our rigorous Quality Processes and Technical specifications.

You will play a crucial role in generating and maintaining inspection documentation aligned with our relevant Quality processes. Additionally, effective liaison and reporting of technical issues to Production staff and Management will be part of your responsibilities.

Our factory features two fully automatic rack anodising plants, which utilize a unique belt-driven system, offering unparalleled flexibility across our product range.

Key Duties:

Monitor and maintain quality levels to ensure adherence to our high standards.
Conduct AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspections according to BS60011:199
Isolate and control nonconforming parts, taking appropriate corrective measures.
Perform general inspection duties as assigned.
