Digital Marketing Specialist

The role

Increase volume of relevant visitors to website through well designed and executed content, search, and social strategies,
Oversee the delivery of PPC activity delivered by agency, including campaign planning, implementation, budget management and performance reviews, ensuring that we are maximising efficiency and effectiveness
Support alwayson optimisation / test approach with internal and agency partners (across SEO, PPC, CRO, CRM) to drive incremental improvement across channels
Produce regular insightful and actionable reports demonstrating improvements and challenges across the digital estate
Build upon relevant organic keyword targeting list and existing framework to increase organic keyword ranking across priority terms, working closely with content managers

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a digital marketing expert, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
An excellent problem solver, offering the right balance of creativity and pragmatism within a regulated environment, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and instigate positive change to achieve business goals
Working knowledge of SEO, web development and design, and content structures
Working knowledge of PPC campaign structures, tools and techniques
Highly organised, with excellent timemanagement skills and attention to detail
