Due to our continued success and ever-growing customer base, Techsol Group are looking to immediately appoint a permanent
Business Administrator to join our head office in Cardiff.


The Business Administrator will support and assist with general administration and reception duties with some basic finance admin to ensure an effective management of the reception and office admin resources.


As the business administrator you will:

  • Provide general office admin support to both employees and customers, keeping company data updated and interacting with clients to build good relationships.
  • Oversee reception duties by answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to the correct departments.
  • Assist with basic finance tasks (full training provided).
  • Making hotel/travel arrangements and social events for employees.
  • Diary management and manage office facilities.
  • Work closely with the Finance and HR departments and support several Directors with admin support.

As the business administrator you should possess:

  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to produce accurate work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a team setting
