The Company:

We are working on a brand-new position with an established and growing Financial Planning business in Reigate who are searching to add an additional member to the client administration department helping with the provision of Financial Advice to valued clients.

The current team is friendly, professional and boasts a fantastic supportive working culture.

This firm has a strong focus on building lasting relationships with their clients and putting their clients needs first. They provide a comprehensive range of advice services, specialising in Pensions, Investments, Tax and Protection planning to their clients.

The Role:

Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings
Maintaining back office systems with up to date client information
Taking charge of the annual review process in full including writing reports including cashflow modelling (Voyant, Cashcalc, O & M, Selectapension) and post meeting action point letters for clients
Writing top up, transfer and withdrawal reports including factfinds
Supporting clients throughout the planning process, from the first point of contact through updating and answering queries
Undertaking the letter of authority process including chasing providers and providing updates to clients and the planners
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to keep the team informed at all stages of the planning process

The Required Skills:

Prior experience of working within an IFA Practice
Strong Pensions and Investments product knowledge
Proactive cando attitude
Team Player
Experience with Financial Services back office systems
Experience using Voyant, Cashcalc, O&M and Selectapension is desirable
Financial Services qualifications via CII, LIBF, CISI is desirable
