We are working with several secondary schools across the Leeds area.

We have a high demand for Teaching Assistants for a variety of day to day, short term, and longer-term contracts.

The roles are generally term time only Mon-Fri. We are looking for General Classroom Teaching Assistants as well as One to One Support Assistants.

These opportunities are suitable for individuals who have previous experience supporting students or recent graduates who are looking to start their career in the classroom.

Do you have experience of Residential Support Work, Youth Work or Prison Services and are looking for a new role in school hours? You may possess transferable skills that are well-suited for a Teaching Assistant role.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing the classroom ready for lessons
Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks
Helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records
Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour
Supervising group activities
Work with children 1:1 or delivering sessions with small groups of students
