We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to help implement more structure into the department as well as lead a team of 4 HR Advisors/ Payroll Admins.


At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters' business by sales.

The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

The site is going through some great improvements, and you'll help play a key role in this.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a high volume of daily ER cases
  • Managing absence management on site
  • Supporting HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives
  • Working closely with department managers

ABOUT YOU:

Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:


  • Around 5 years' experience in HR positions
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Experience with high volume ER cases
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
