We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to help implement more structure into the department as well as lead a team of 4 HR Advisors/ Payroll Admins.

At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters' business by sales.

The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The site is going through some great improvements, and you'll help play a key role in this.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

Managing a high volume of daily ER cases
Managing absence management on site
Supporting HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives
Working closely with department managers

ABOUT YOU:

Bring those qualities, with the following and you will have the recipe for success:

Around 5 years' experience in HR positions
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Experience with high volume ER cases
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
